Jorid Kalseth is a senior research scientist at SINTEF Digital, dept. Health Research, in the fields of health service research and health economics. She holds a doctoral degree in local public finace. Previous posituins include associate professor (20 %) and post doctor (50 %) at Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Public Health and Nursing. She has also held the position as a research manager in a health service reseach department in SINTEF.

Competence and research areas
Kalseth is an experienced health service reseacher and project leader. Her research interests include health and welfare systems and policy, organisation, financing, service use and costs; integrated care and care co-ordination; population aging, population health and sustainability, and projection models. She is experienced in comparative analyses, quantitative analyses, and analyses of register data. She has been involved in several EU projects.
