Dr. Michaël Becidan is a Senior Research Scientist at SINTEF Energy Research since 2006, specializing in thermal energy conversion, waste-to-energy (WtE), and bioenergy.
Dr. Becidan has been involved in a wide range of national and international projects aimed at improving energy recovery, emissions reduction, ash valorisation, BECCS and circular economy principles. His biomass expertise spans combustion, pyrolysis, and gasification processes, as well as waste management systems.
