Ottar Bakås is a Senior Research Scientist at Technology Management in SINTEF Digital. He has a master's degree from NTNU Industrial Economics (2004), where he is currently a pursuing a PhD. Ottar works closely with the industry on topics such as lean and continuous improvement, operations management, flow and layout, reverse logistics, as well as business models such as mass customization.
