Research Scientist

I am a highly motivated food scientist who is enthusiastic about sustainable and innovative solutions to accelerate the green shift in the food system by simultaneously tackling human health-related challenges. My research interest lies especially within the up-cycling of side-streams and utilization of new resources of the food industry to generate products benefiting human health (e.g. by adding highly nutritious compounds).
