Dr. Daniela S. Cruzes is a senior research scientist at SINTEF. Previously, she was adjunct associate professor at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). She worked as a research fellow at the University of Maryland and Fraunhofer Center for Experimental Software Engineering-Maryland. Dr. Daniela Cruzes received her PhD in experimental software engineering from the University of Campinas - UNICAMP in Brazil in 2007. Her research interests are empirical software engineering, research methods and theory development, systematic reviews, synthesis of SE studies, software security, software maintenance and global software engineering.

Dr. Martin Gilje Jaatun is a Senior Scientist in SINTEF Digital. He received his Dr.Philos. degree in Critical Information System Security from the University of Stavanger. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Secure Software Engineering, and adjunct professor at the University of Stavanger. Previous positions include scientist at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI), and Senior Lecturer in information security at the Bodø Graduate School of Business. His research interests include software security, security in cloud computing and security of critical information infrastructures. He is vice chairman of the Cloud Computing Association (cloudcom.org), vice chair of the IEEE CS Technical Committee on Cloud Computing (TCCLD) and a Senior Member of the IEEE.

Dr. Karin Bernsmed is a senior research scientist in cyber security at SINTEF Digital. She holds a Ph.D. in security and dependability analysis from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Before joining SINTEF in 2010 she worked as a research scientist at Telenor R&I. She has worked in numerous security and privacy research projects, including the ESA/Inmarsat Iris Service Evolution study and the EU FP7 projects OPTET and A4Cloud. She is a certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer.
