CCS is expected to play an important role in emission reduction of the Norwegian industry. While CO2 capture would typically be handled by the industrial plant owners and storage would be developed by oil and gas operators, how to best deploy the required transport infrastructure remains a question.
This presentation will explore chain design, the cost saving opportunities that could be unlocked through a shared ship portfolio, the impact of low-pressure shipping becoming available in the future.
