On IGBT reliability:
The project partners SINTEF Energy Research, NTNU and TU Chemnitz submitted an application for a new research project to the Research Council of Norway in September 2014: Reliability and ruggedness of high power high voltage power electronics
On converter control:
The control system activity has already been continued in an internal SINTEF-funded project ReViSM (Realising the potential of Virtual Synchronous Machines). This project has duration 2014-2015.
Other:
The partners are continuously seeking the potential to utilize the developed knowledge and laboratory infrastructure in research projects for the industry. This can range from short-term bilateral projects to multi-year competence building projects.
