Small-scale experiments at SINTEF / NTNU has shown that cultured copepods gives better growth, survival and stress tolerance in cod. Feeding with Copepods in a short period (7 days) also provides better growth, survival and stress tolerance than rotifers. Growth in tanks that were fed with copepods was significantly higher already 8 days after hatching.
