Choice of method
Strengths and weaknesses of the alternative methods are studied and documented. One of the methods is selected for continuing the work.

Equipment specification, parallel processing
Based on the method selected and the activities carried out with the aim of building up skills in parallel processing, specifications are established for hardware and software suitable for the project.

Finished model prototype
Following implementation and testing of the model on internal and external servers and clusters, we will have a finished prototype. The model prototype shall satisfy the requirements of robustness and computation time and will be made available for testing on the project participants' data.

Verification of the model
on real data. Testing and verification of the prototype on project participants' data sets and problems in suitable clusters.

Documentation
in the form of a report and publication in the scientific press.
