Building social and emotional skills to BOOST mental health resilience in children and young people in Europe

Research has shown that effective SEL strategies targeting children lead to increased wellbeing (short and long-term), increased academic achievement (short and long-term) and increased success in the labor market (long-term). The BOOST project has explored how primary schools can work efficiently and effectively with SEL, and has developed an approach to help European primary schools work systematically with SEL. This has been done in close collaboration with schools in Norway, Spain and Poland.
