Abstract
Tablet computers are slowly being put into use in hospitals
and primary care both by clinicians and patients. This paper will examine security needs of tablet-based eHealth applications, and explore how conventional security mechanisms can be adapted to this space. Our approach will be demonstrated by examining a particular eHealth application; a tablet-based Pain Body Map for use in palliative care.
