Abstract
In a requirement process for cross border and maintenance operations including renewal, it is important that the infrastructure managers gain an overview of all applicable regulations and is able to extract relevant requirements. As an aid to achieve this we present the CoVeR method (Cover all Requirements). In short, the CoVeR method is a structured approach to ensure control of all applicable requirements within a project. This paper presents the CoVeR method used on a cross border maintenance project. This is performed by using a Conformity Verification Specification (CVS) that includes all the relevant requirements, a Conformity Verification Report presenting the evidence for the requirements given in the CVS and an Evidence report for conformance to applicable requirements.
