Abstract
Since the culturing and processing of cobia is likely to be a large industry in the future, it is of interest for SINTEF Fisheries and Aquaculture to aquire knowledge and experience with thw species. Current harvesting and post-harvesting practises of cobia were assessed at a commercial fish farm and processing plant in Vietnam. The results are compared with related fish handling practises in the salmon industry.
