Abstract
Living Labs is a relatively new approach to involving users in the innovation and development processes and has received great interest lately. In the NordForsk research project SociaLL we aim to use social software for co-creation in Living Labs. This document is our initial framework to support the systematic study of this.
The framework is based on the four SociaLL project partners’ experiences with social software in Living Lab contexts and includes (a) key definitions, (b) requirements for social software for co-creation, and (c) considerations on the varying characteristics of the innovation contexts.
This document is mainly meant to serve the research and innovation activities in the SociaLL project. However, due to the relevance of the topic also outside SociaLL we have chosen to make the document openly available.
