Abstract
This is a follow-up to the work done regarding our community ways-of-working. I have called most of those community leaders that have been part of the study plus some extra persons.
Topics proposed to be covered in some way are:
• What type of communities do we want? E.g. standardization committees, book-clubs, inner-source societies or maybe a mix of those?
• What is the role of the community members? Set requirements for the role and the authority (and dedicated time) they should have in the PDUs
• Discuss the need for different types of authority. Clarify what mandate the community shall or shall not have.
• Make the value of the community explicit
• Knowledge sharing by Darja & Nils i.e. concrete tips and experiences from research done on the CoP / community wow
