Open Simulation Platform - towards a maritime ecosystem for efficient co-simulation

Abstract

The Open Simulation Platform (OSP) is a set of interfaces and software for co-simulation of complex maritime systems such as ships. The OSP interfaces are built on top of FMI and add semantic information about the modelled concepts and systems. The goal is to facilitate collaboration among industry actors and reduce the potential for modelling errors.
