Abstract
This report documents the state-of-the-art of the most important advanced network operation
functions today and their role in the future control center of the Norwegian distribution network. A
summary of the today’s control center architecture and future architecture proposals such as EPRI’s
model of the control center of the future are discussed. Essentially this report documents the specific
