Abstract
The Joint Research Programme 4 (JRP4) is organized within Work Package 2 of the Hydrotesting Alliance. JRP4 is focused on investigations of podded propulsors, with some concentration on dynamic load aspects. This paper presents a summary of results and conclusions of the work performed within JRP4. It may be treated as a continuation of a previous paper reported in the AMT’09 Conference where extensive descriptions of the JRP4 benchmark tests as well as their background were provided [3]. These included the so-called “ABB case” description as well as related ITTC recommendations.
