Issues related to cyber security will also be investigated. Also including causative events and outcomes, the model will be a form of combined event and fault tree, similar to a bow-tie diagram. This work will only cover loss of life or injuries. Material losses, environmental damage, or similar issues will not be covered. By a series of HazId workshops the model will be improved and made as complete as possible. The results will be documented in a report describing the safety model, giving details on all events, outcomes, and barriers.
