The CARE-W consortium brought together some of the most competent research groups in Europe on water system management. The 11 partners, representing 8 countries, bring in complementary competence, and together with the wide practical experience of the 13 end-users, they formed a powerful resource for the development of a new generation management methods of water networks in Europe.
