This multi-criterion decision support tool combines results from the CARE-W tools with additional information supplied by the user (known as a 'knowledge base'). This outranking procedure enables analysis over the whole network, sectors or clusters of pipes in order to make a prioritized list of rehabilitation candidates for an annual rehabilitation investment programme.
