Anticipating the future failure rate in the distribution system is a helpful tool for rehabilitation and cost planning. The tools are based on statistical analysis of historical maintenance and operational data, and predict the failure rate of one particular pipe or groups of pipes. Version 1.5 integrates two failure forecasting tools with the CARE-W data management hub.
