Hydrogen as energy carrier - it's key role in the energy transition, Sigrid Lædre, SINTEF
Panel QA/discussion
In this introductory Webinar, the role of hydrogen as a supplement to electricity and replacement of fossil energy sources in industry and transport will be outlined. The growing political awareness and industrial engagement towards hydrogen will exemplified through recently launched strategies and projects, respectively. The key technologies for introducing hydrogen (from production to end-use) and their maturity will be pinpointed.

Hydrogen in Europe - ways to engage in H2 activities, Steffen Møller-Holst, SINTEF
Panel QA/discussion
Europe has the ambition to be a global leader in the energy transition, and through the recently launched H2-strategy take a leading role in production and utilization of hydrogen. This presentation will cover the latest update on the strategic framework for hydrogen in Europe, and outline how newcomers may engage in hydrogen initiatives, activities, and relevant industrial and academic fora.

The Norwegian Hydrogen Landscape - ambitions, initiatives and projects, Steffen Møller-Holst, SINTEF
Norway has a close to 100 years' history in large scale hydrogen production (based on hydro power). In this webinar we will focus on Norway's pre-requisites for its high engagement in hydrogen, and how hydrogen may secure Norway's role as an energy exporter. Norway's ambitions towards 2030 were recently outlined in the national hydrogen strategy and roadmap. Examples from SINTEF's significant project portfolio will be shared to illustrate both the R&D and deployment of H2-technologies in Norway.
Webinar 4: Hydrogen in Romania - potential and initiatives
