The table shows typical electric and magnetic field strengths measured near household appliances. At a distance of 30 cm and at 50 Hz.(Federal Office for Radiation Safety, Germany 1999).

The ICNIRP reference level at 50 Hz is 5000 V/m and 200 µT.

 As a comparison the Earth's magnetic field intensity is roughly between 25 - 65 µT (0.25 - 0.65 gauss). But this is a static field.
