Date and place: 30.8.2022 – Hamburg Germany A joint work on Additive Manufacturing is organized by the project FlexiMan in collaboration with the project FlexiGen and the project GREEF. The workshop aims at having constructive discussions around application of Metal-Directed Energy Deposition (DED) including benefits and challenges. Experts from industry and academia presented interesting talks related to the demonstration of the technologies for maritime applications, classification and standard guidelines, and environmental sustainability of AM.
