Project's consortium completes WP4 and delivers planned reports and scientific publications

The project consortium completes WP4 with successful optimization of DED processes for the project demonstrators. The optimized DED processes were reported in the deliverable D4-1 including the process parameters and postprocessing-heat treatment for DED parts produced with powder, both conventional and recycled.

The influence of Process Design on Materials Properties and the Evaluation of DED Processes according to the requirements were accomplished and reported in the deliverable D6-1. Arbo et al. (2022) disseminated the Optimization of DED process for 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel in the Proceeding of the 25th International Conference on Material Forming (2022).
