Conference package fee: 12850 NOK - all prices incl. VAT

Included:

  • Conference fee
  • Bus transfer between Trondheim Airport Værnes and the conference venue
  • 4 nights single room accommodation (Sunday to Thursday) at Jægtvolden fjordhotell
  • Meals:
    • Breakfast (Mon-Thu)
    • Lunch (Mon-Wed)
    • 3-course dinners (Sun, Mon, Wed), Conference dinner (Tue)
    • Snacks/coffee/tea during session breaks
  • Excursion

Reduced conference package fee if sharing hotel room: 10970 NOK

Day pass (per day, w/o overnight stay at the hotel):
1350 NOK, including dinner.
870 NOK, excluding dinner.

Special price for accompanying persons sharing hotel room with delegate:
8550 NOK (i.e. conference package w/o admission to conference)
