POSTER INSTRUCTIONS

Only posters of submitted and accepted abstracts will be offered presentation. Please note the following information for the preparation of your poster. Please bring your printed poster with you to the congress.

POSTER PREPARATION

The poster layout is PORTRAIT.

Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that poster be prepared on one sheet of poster paper.The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm wide x 1.2m long (35.5 inches wide x 47 inches long).

Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
Pins will be available for the mounting of posters. Please refer to the Final Program pdf (https://www.sintef.no/globalassets/project/ice2019/ice2019-poster-session.pdf) for the poster board number assigned to you.Please use the board with the same number.

Suggested template for the poster is A0 and no larger than 120 x 90 cm

Posters can be mounted from 08:00 the day of the session but need to be removed the evening the session is finished. ICE2019 and the organizers thereof will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time or that are damaged.

Members of academic institutions, R&D organisations and industry are invited to submit contributions for oral or poster presentations.  Presenting authors will be required to register for the conference.

Only abstracts using the conference template will be accepted. Please email these to before the deadline, indicating if you have a preference for an oral or poster presentation.  If you have any queries then please contact Graham Smith or the other organisers directly.
