Registration fee

The registration fee covers attendance to all scientific presentations. It also includes morning and afternoon coffee/tea and participation in all social functions (included conference dinner). Payment of the registration fee and the one night's hotel accommodation (see Accommodation) should be made in Norwegian krone (NOK).

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat. In case of cancellation, the fee(s) minus 10% handling charge will be refunded, provided that the request for refund is made before May 5th 2019. No refund of the registration fee can be made after this date. If the conference is cancelled by the organisers, fees already paid will be refunded in full. Further recourse is excluded.

General Conditions

Confirmation of registration will be sent to you when total payment has been registered. Payment for accommodation minus one night deposit and airport transfer should be made directly to the hotel upon departure.

Airport transfer coach service

Coach service booking has expired. Please contact the conference organisers directly if you need assistance in organising transportation to the hotel.
