Biography

Dr. Håvard Moe is Senior Vice President Technology in Elkem ASA. Dr. Moe’s current responsibilities include HSE, Lean, corporate R&D projects, IP, engineering and project management. He is also board member of several of Elkem’s subsidiaries. Dr. Moe holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and he has participated in the transition to general management programme at INSEAD in France. He has broad international experience from technology development, digitalisation and execution of complex industrial projects. Prior to his position in Elkem, he held various management positions in ABB and Statoil.
