Guidelines
The author can choose between a list of topics from the menu when submitting the abstract. If an abstract is selected for oral presentation, the presentation will preferably be held under the topic session chosen by the author. However, the organising committee reserves the right to move the presentation to an alternative session if required from conference programming considerations.
The abstract will be subjected to a review process. The author will be notified if the abstract is accepted and invited to submit a full paper before 1. February 2021.
Papers will be subjected to a thorough review process by leading scientists in the field. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. The accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. Papers might be invited to submit a poster instead of oral presentation. Papers based on poster presentations will be included in the conference proceedings.
Please note when you submit your paper, you need to register for the conference before 9. April 2021 for the paper to become included in the final proceedings.
