Program managment
The objective of this task is 1) Initiation of JIP, preparations, contractual work etc., 2) Management and coordination of the program, 3) To ensure good communication at all levels and 4) To ensure quality assurance at all levels.
For large programs over several years it is important to have a good overall co-ordination of the program. Good communication between researchers involved, with the oil industry, with the authorities and the public is main objective as well as quality assurance (science, safety, economy).
