The main objective is to generate calibration data for SINTEF oil weathering model for weathering processes of marine oil spills in broken ice. Experiments are performed for several ice coverages (0, 30, 50 70 and 90%) and energy levels. Totally five different oil types are tested (napthenic, asphaltenic, waxy, parafinic and a condensate).
