MATESA kick-off meeting

The kick-off meeting of MATESA took place in Oslo in 14-15th October 2013. All European partners send a delegate and we have our Australian partners attending by video conference.  Also, we had the pleasure to welcome our Project Officer, Dr. Vassilios Kougionas.
