July 2009:
Third release of the microBUILDER Design Handbook is now available from the consortium. The design handbook enables experienced users to design their own device. Layout rules for standard silicon and polymer manufacturing processes and 15 different mixed technologies are described! The Design Handbook and design assistance may be requested through the request form.

2007-10-22:
microBUILDER workshop with focus on Lab-on-a-Chip devices at Medica 2007
The 16th of November experts in the field of design, prototyping and fabrication of lab-on-a-chip devices will show efficient ways from concepts to products. Another highlight of this microBUILDER workshop will be microfluidic platforms which reduce development costs and time to market, thus accelerating commercial proliferation of microfluidic technologies. 2007-03-01: Design Introduction Course
A MicroBUILDER Design Introduction Course will be held at ISSE 2007 in Romania the 9th of May. Another Design Introduction Course are planned to be held at Politecnico de Torino, Turin, Italy, during May. More information will be announced.

2007-01-04: Design Introduction Course
A MicroBUILDER Design Introduction Course will be held at Politecnico de Torino, Turin, Italy the 22nd of January. The following day a one-day Hands-On Course for designing SensoNor technologies with L-Edit will be arranged. For more information see training.

2006-12-18: First User Club meeting
The first meeting in the User Club was held in Frankfurt at the 29th of November. On the agenda were a short introduction of the User Club members and a presentation of the microBUILDER services. The User Club members were also asked to fill in a questionnaire. SMEs interested in joining the User Club are welcome to request a membership by filling in the request form.

2006-08-08: The USER CLUB

A User Club consisting of SMEs is advising microBUILDER. The membership in the User Club gives SMEs first-hand access to microBUILDER information and the opportunity to influence the offered technologies and services. SMEs interested to join the User Club are welcome to request a membership by filling in the request form.
