On 17th of September 2021, SecREEts organised its third Policy Council in a hybrid format, with stakeholders joining online and in Berlin. The objective of this year’s edition was to explore potential critical incidents which could impact the use and supply of rare earth elements in Europe over the next five years.

The stakeholders joined SecREEts partners in producing a report in which you will find the top main critical incidents. The objective is to reconvene for the fourth and last Policy Council in spring 2022 to refine the results and address possible solutions.
