WP 1 State of the art review – Validation of maritime simulation models
Objective: Document previous and on-going work on validation of simulation models
Short WP description: Review and discuss previous and on-going work on validation of simulation models used in different sectors of transport, process and nuclear industries. Arrange workshops on validation methods used for maritime simulation models. Develop and demonstrate a procedure for use of validation tools in the project. For demonstration purpose one of the case vessels for the SIMMAN 2008/2014 studies will be applied.
