Norwegian Defence Systems Management Division - Maritime Systems Section is responsible for providing engineering support to existing and future naval plattforms in the Royal Norwegian Navy. The organisation offer competence and experience to the Navy in the fields of Naval Architecture and Combat Systems.The goal is to secure availability of and satisfactory safetylevel on Royal Norwegian Navy's vessels, both in operation and trough participation in the Navy's different projects. Current large projects include  Nansen class frigates and Skjold Class MTB.
