Florence Delprat-Jannaud
Program Manager at IFPEN

Florence Delprat-Jannaud is the Program Manager for CO₂ capture and geological storage programs at the French Institute of Petroleum (IFPEN)’s Energy Resources Business Unit. She is also the CO₂ coordinator for IFPEN, and chairs Club CO₂: an association that gathers 34 research institutes and industry actors within the field of CCS.

Florence holds a PhD in Earth Sciences from the University of Paris XI. Physicist by training, Florence began her career at IFPEN in seismic imaging, and has coordinated research projects covering transverse fields, including geological CO₂ storage, since 2009. She received the Stars of Europe 2014 award for coordinating the European SiteChar project, which was dedicated to characterising CO₂ storage sites.
