TEMP is being organised and run by the project partners SINTEF and NTNU, but the use of instruments and infrastructure nodes are available to external researchers and industries. In some cases this can mean physical access to the equipment, but some instruments requires highly specialised training and can only be run by a trained operator. In such cases external researches must work together with a local operator.
