Through his work on Natural Language Processing (NLP) at NTNU and the University of Tokyo, Rune has experienced how existing NLP solutions can be adopted to new languages (e.g. Norwegian) or domains (e.g. biology). Rune will mainly contribute to research on semantic modeling of new services, or intelligent search for existing services, to be used in the various Ubiquitous service Compositions. He will also investigate how the user, composer and service context can be efficiently utilized in the project.
