The registration fee of NOK 2000 will be paid to the Soria Moria conference center by each participant at check-out. The fee covers accommodation June 12-14, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drinks and other extras will be charged to your room. There is free access to WiFi Internet. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is closed due to renovation. The price for accompanying persons (double occupancy) is NOK 350 per night, including breakfast. For full board, an additional NOK 650 will be charged for accompanying persons. 

Special requests, including early arrivals, accompanying persons, double rooms, food allergies etc. must be forwarded to the organizer in the registration form. Deadline for registration is March 28.

For June 11-12 (early arrival), the price per day per person (room including breakfast) is NOK 1075 (some 135 Euros) for single occupancy, NOK 775 (some 100 Euros) for double occupancy.

The Soria Moria conference center is located 500 metres above sea level, on the roof of Oslo. It is 20 minutes by car from the urban center, or 30 minutes by subway + 15 minutes walk. The hotel's location is on top of a forested hill, with the Holmenkollen ski jump as its neighbour. There are ample opportunities for recreational activities.
