SINTEF's contribution to the VIRTUAL-FCS project:
SINTEF is coordinator in the project and will develop the software tools and help with the integration of hardware and software.
The SINTEF Industry research group sits at the junction between fuel cell academia, industry, policy and end‐users. The group has the academic knowledge to develop the cyber‐ physical platform and the market insight to make a tool that is useful for the wider fuel cell industry. They also have a huge amount of domain knowledge and experience in advanced stack testing and electrochemical modelling.
The platform activities at SINTEF will be supported by the SINTEF Digital Institute as they have experience in industrial automation and robotics, both in design, control and prototype implementation.
